Greve went on to play and coach in the Italian National Football League in 1986-87 and in 1989. He received first-team All-Italy honors playing for the Towers of Bologna in 1986. Greve was a player and coordinator for the Angels of Pesaro in 1987, helping the team to a divisional championship. He played and coached for the Saints of Padova in 1989, helping them to win the division and qualify for the Italian Super Bowl.
Greve taught physical education as well as strength and conditioning for Battle Mountain High School. He currently works as a registered kinesiotherapist and massage therapist at the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch and Alpine Club, and a trainer at the Homestead Court Club.
