Lynn Korff, ’85 – Korff earned her B.A. in physical education from Concordia in 1985 and her M.A. in mathematics and computer science education in 1991.

            
Korff lettered in tennis, basketball and softball for four years each. She was a member of the 1982 and 1983 NIIC champion tennis teams and a conference champion at first doubles in 1983. Korff’s career singles record was 36-23, currently 13th all-time for women’s victories. In basketball, Korff was named to the 1984 all-tournament team at CIT for her part in leading the Cougars to the tournament title. She also earned NIIC all-conference honors that same season. Concordia named Korff as its 1984 Athlete of the Year.

            
Upon graduation, Korff taught and served as athletic director at Immanuel Lutheran in Hillside before taking a position at Walther Lutheran High School in 1986 to teach physical education, religion and math. Since 1992, Korff has taught computer science and served as the technology coordinator and department head of business at Walther. She has coached volleyball and softball, and she continues to coach the Broncos’ girls’ basketball team.
