Williams Earns NACC All-Conference Accolades for Strong Senior Season

RIVER FOREST, ILL. -- In his final season in the maroon and gold, Darrian Williams (Garland, Texas) picked up his first Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) All-Conference recognition. Williams was the lone Cougar named to the All-NACC team, earning Honorable Mention accolades.

Williams started and appeared in all 25 games this season for the Cougars, leading the way on the court. He led the Cougars in scoring with 287 total points, averaging 11.5 points per game. He also led the Cougars in assists with 56, steals with 38, and total 3-point field goals with 42. Williams also found himself on the conference statistical categories, ranking 12th in total 3-point field goals, 15th in 3-point field goals per game, 17th in total assists, 22nd in assists per game, and 11th in steals per game. Williams had many strong games this season, picking up career-high 26 points against Aurora University (Jan. 21st), career-high ten rebounds against George Fox University (Nov. 21st) and career-high seven assists against North Park University (Dec. 30th).
