Dan Kluss (Niles, IL) of the baseball team is honored for the week of April 21-27.

Kluss threw 19 shutout innings in his two starts last week against Aurora University and the Milwaukee School of Engineering. He allowed just a combined six hits and five walks while striking out 20 batters. Kluss pitched eight no-hit innings against Aurora before finishing with a two-hitter. Against MSOE, the righthander threw 131 pitches over 10 innings in earning his fourth win of the season.

Kluss, the son of Joe and Diane Kluss, is a 2010 graduate of Niles West High School in Skokie, IL. He is a senior accounting major.
