Shawn Miller (Pleasant Prairie, WI) of the baseball team is honored for the week of April 8-14.

Miller led the baseball team with a .500 batting average (9-18) during a 4-0 week that lifted the Cougars into first place in the Northern Athletics Conference. He recorded three two-hit games and a 3-5 effort in game two against Aurora University on April 14. Miller scored five runs and drove in three while playing stellar defense in centerfield.

Miller, the son of Walt and Hope Miller, is a 2009 graduate of Tremper High School in Kenosha, Wisconsin. He is a senior physical education major.
