River Forest, Ill. -- Looking to win their third straight conference game, the Concordia University Chicago Cougars welcome the rival Concordia University Wisconsin Falcons to Geiseman Gymnasium for a midweek contest. It is a big night off the court as well as CUC hosts "When I'm 64" night, which will serve as a fundraiser for the CHASI organization.

Setting the Scene: Concordia-Chicago hosts Concordia University Wisconsin on "When I'm 64 night inside Geiseman Gymnasium. The Cougars defeated the Marian Sabers in the home opener on Saturday afternoon, improving the Cougars to 16-8 at home since the 2016-17 season.
Series Stackup: Since 2010 the Cougars and Falcons have faced off 20 times. CUW owns a 16-4 record over CUC during that span. The Cougars and Falcons split the season series last season, with CUC winning the first matchup in Mequon at CIT 71-61. The Falcons then downed CUC 73-61 in River Forest to close the 2017-18 regular season.
Scouting the Falcons:The Concordia University Wisconsin Falcons come into tonight 2-1 overall and 1-0 in the NACC. Most recently the Falcons dropped an 85-62 road contest to #3 ranked Hope college on November 20. The matchup with CUC will conclude a season high four game road trip. Clara Chambers and Baylee Barker lead the CUW offense this season averaging 12.3 and 11.3 points per game respectively. Chambers ranks among the league leaders in three-point shooting, going 11-16 through the first three games. The Falcons were picked second in the NACC pre-season poll, getting one first place vote.
Scouting the Cougars:The Concordia University Chicago Cougars come into the matchup with CUW looking to start 3-0 in the NACC for the second straight season.
Deja Southall was the player of the game against Marian, coming just a single point shy of a double-double. CUC as a team ranks third in the NACC, averaging 5.4 blocks per game. The Cougars are coming off one of their best defensive efforts in recent memory, holding Marian to just 20 percent shooting on Saturday afternoon. CUC also ranks second in the NACC with 22 forced turnovers per game.
Sam Bloom is averaging 12.4 points per game which ranks first on the team.
