Alyssa Soulis (Grayslake, IL) of the women’s soccer team is honored for the week of Oct. 10-16.

Soulis scored eight goals in two Cougar victories last week and set new school season-records with 20 goals and 47 points. She tied a single-game record with five goals in the Cougars’ 7-0 win over Rockford College Oct. 12. Soulis scored three times including her record-setting goal just 11 seconds into the second half in Concordia’s 5-0 win over Maranatha Baptist Bible College Oct. 14.

Soulis, the daughter of Tim and Cheryl Soulis, is a 2010 graduate of Grayslake North High School. She is a sophomore science major.
