Jarek Hotwagner (New Buffalo, MI) of the men’s basketball team is honored for Jan. 1-7.

Hotwagner scored his season-high of 22 points to go with five assists and five rebounds in the Cougars’ game at Rockford University. The 6’ 4” forward then registered his third double-double of his rookie season with 13 points and 12 rebounds against Marian on Jan. 7. Through 11 games, Hotwagner is averaging 11.9 points and 9.7 rebounds.

???????Hotwagner, the son of Rebecca Hotwagner, is a 2016 graduate of New Buffalo High School in New Buffalo, MI. He is a freshman with a double major of pre-law and sports management.
