Stefanie D’Anna (LaGrange Park, IL) of the softball team is honored for April 17-23

D’Anna hit a sizzling .591 on 13 of 22 at the plate with seven runs scored and three driven in during the Cougars’ 5-1 week. She recorded a career-high five-hit game against Rockford University on April 17 and extended her current hitting streak to seven games. The second baseman also had a solid week in the field, handling 25 chances without an error.

D’Anna, the daughter of Anthony D’Anna and Cristina Marconi, is a 2014 graduate of Lyons Township High School in LaGrange, IL. She is a junior exercise science major.
