Mitch Wilson (Oswego, IL) of the baseball team is honored for April 3-9.

Wilson batted .500 over the Cougars’ four games of April 8-9 as CUC moved to the top of the NACC standings with an 8-0 record. The second baseman scored seven runs and drove in six, and his two doubles and two homers gave him a slugging percentage of 1.000. Wilson was 2-2 on stolen bases and was perfect in the field, handling 15 chances flawlessly.

Wilson, the son of Sandy and Sherrie Wilson, is a 2014 graduate of Oswego High School in Oswego, IL. He is a junior marketing major.
