Brent O’Halloran (Olivia, MN) of the football team is honored for the week of Oct. 19-25.
O’Halloran returned from injury and saw his first action for the Cougar football team since week one. He factored into the Cougars’ best drive of the day and finished his brief stint with seven carries for 39 yards and two catches for 15 yards. “Brent worked very hard to return to action, perhaps quicker than anyone else expected. He is a great example of what it means to have a passion and dedication to his team and to the game itself,” said CUC head football coach Randy Awrey.
O’Halloran, the son of Mike and Julie O’Halloran, is a 2011 graduate of BOLD (Bird Island – Olivia – Lake Lillian District) High School in Olivia, MN. He is a senior exercise science major.
