Kaylyn Anderson (East Chicago, IN) of the volleyball team is honored for the week of Sept. 1-7.
             
Anderson earned her second all-tournament honor in the last two weeks with four great outings at the Northland College Tournament in Ashland, WI on Sept. 5-6. The outside hitter racked up 71 kills over the weekend and hit over .400. She had top matches of 19 kills against both Mount Mary College and Northland, and 19 digs against Maranatha Baptist University. Anderson is currently hitting .324 over the team’s first six matches of the season.
           
Anderson, the daughter of Edwin and Kimberly Anderson, is a 2014 graduate of Whiting High School in Whiting, IN. She is a freshman Lutheran elementary education major.
