Andrea Kelly (Elk Grove, CA) of the softball team is honored for the week of April 14-20.

Kelly had two outstanding pitching efforts for the Cougars last week. She pitched six perfect innings in game one against North Park University on April 17 before taking a no-decision. Kelly then earned the win in CUC’s 4-1 win over the Milwaukee School of Engineering on April 19 (game two). In her three appearances last week, Kelly had an 0.42 ERA in 16 2/3 innings with opponents hitting .193 off of her.

Kelly, the daughter of David and Karen Kelly, is a 2010 graduate of Laguna Creek High School in Elk Grove, CA. She is a senior accounting major.
