Scotty Rein (Harwood Heights, IL) of the men’s track and field team is honored for the period of Feb. 10-16.

Rein ran a personal-best time of 53.83 seconds in the 400-meter dash at the Chicagoland Championships at North Central College on Feb. 15. He was also part of the 4 x 400-meter relay team that ran 3:33.8 and finished just four seconds off of the school record.

Rein, the son of Scott Rein and Geri Schultz, is a 2009 graduate of Ridgewood High School in Norridge, IL. He is a senior with a double major of psychology and history."
