Brandon Stinson (Schiller Park, IL) of the men’s basketball team is honored for the period of Jan. 20-26.
Stinson was named to the men's all-tournament team at this year’s Concordia Invitational Tournament. He scored 13 points and pulled down 16 rebounds (one off his career-high) in the CIT first-round game against Concordia Wisconsin Jan. 24. The following afternoon against Ann Arbor, Stinson scored 19 points and captured seven rebounds. For the season, he is averaging 13.9 points, 7.5 rebounds and a team-leading 3.7 assists.
Stinson, the son Steve and Terry Stinson, is a 2011 graduate of East Leyden High School in Franklin Park, IL. He is a junior sports management major.
