Kristin Allen (Green Valley, IL) of the volleyball team is honored for the week of Oct. 28-Nov. 3.

Allen hit .260 over the Cougars’ final four volleyball matches of the season at the Benedictine University Invitational Nov. 1-2. Her standout performances came in a 10-kill effort and .421 attack percentage versus Carthage College and a nine-kill (.400) effort against North Central College. Allen totaled 28 kills for the weekend and provided back-row help for the team as well.

Allen, the daughter of Andrew and Linda Allen, is a 2012 graduate of Illini Central High School in Mason City, Illinois. She is a sophomore Director of Christian Education major.
