Debbie Robaczewski (Schiller Park, Ill.) of the volleyball team is honored for the week of Oct. 4-10.
           
Robaczewski handed out 67 assists over three matches (13 sets) for the Cougar volleyball team last week. Her top effort came in the Oct. 7 match at Lakeland College where she contributed 25 assists and 10 digs. Robaczewski has 351 assists for the season, an average of 5.16 per set. “I thought that Debbie had three really great efforts last week in a series of tough road matches and did very well in setting up our hitters,” said Cougar head volleyball coach Kathy Gebhardt.
 
Robaczewski, the daughter of Leonard Robaczewski and Leslie Sobieski, is a 2007 graduate of East Leyden High School in Franklin Park, Ill. She is a junior secondary education major with a specialization in math.
