Justin Hineman (Hartland, WI) of the men’s basketball team is honored for the week of Feb. 6-12.
Hineman shot 62 percent from the field in Concordia’s wins over Aurora University and the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Hineman shot 5-9 and scored 11 points in the 79-72 win at Aurora Feb. 8. In the 66-54 win over Milwaukee Engineering Feb. 11 which clinched an NAC Tournament berth for the Cougars, the 6’4” forward tallied a team-leading 16 points on 8-12 marksmanship. The MSOE game, which came on Senior Day for Hineman and three teammates, was the 99th consecutive start of his collegiate career.
Hineman, the son of Gary and Diane Hineman, is a 2008 graduate of Arrowhead High School in Hartland, Wis. He is a senior secondary education major with a specialization in English.
