Trent Weber joined the CUC men's volleyball coaching staff in the spring of 2024.
Since joining the coaching staff, Weber has primarily focused on recruiting, scouting, and game and practice planning. Weber was a three-year member of the Cougar men's volleyball program, including the first inaugural season at CUC. As a setter, Weber totaled 1097 assists, he also held the number-one spot all-time in the record books for five straight seasons. Additionally, he tacked on 21 service aces and 326 digs overall in his career. He was selected as a two-time NACC Honorable Mention for his play with the Cougars.
After his time at CUC, Weber has gotten a chance to coach at a plethora of locations. He currently coaches at Hinsdale Central High School as the Head JV Coach and Assistant Varsity Coach. Prior to his time at Hinsdale Central, Weber spent three years coaching with the 630 Volleyball Club, with one of his teams earning a fifth place finish at the 17s USA Tournament, 2nd place at AAU's with 630 15-2s and 17-3s. He has became the Head Coach of the 14 Elite and most recently 13 Elite at Sports Performance
Weber graduated from Concordia University Chicago with his bachelor's degree in Sport Management with a minor in Coaching in the spring of 2022.
