RIVER FOREST, ILL.- The Concordia University Chicago (CUC) women's track and field team competed at the Cougar Invite. The Cougars kept their momentum going on Day Two of the invite, achieving multiple personal records along the way. CUC finished second of 11 teams, with 104 points.

NOTABLE PERFORMANCES
- Madison Hipshire (Riverview, Mich.) placed first in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:12.75.
- Izzy Fairless (Royal Oak, Mich.) took second place in the 800m with a new season best of 2:26.04.
- Kirsten Bockhorst (Union, Mo.) finished fourth with a new season best in the long jump of 4.87m.
- Stacey Maskery (Alfreton, England) finished fifth in the 400m with a new personal record of 1:07.73.
- Lydia Vonderhaar (Apple Valley, Minn.) competed in the 100m with a new personal best of 13.22, securing eighth.

COUGAR PERSONAL RECORDS
- Devynn Woywod (Berwyn, Ill.) raced in the 100m hurdles with a new personal best of 20.21 and set a new personal best in the long jump with a leap of 4.58m.
- Allyson Ruschmann (North Las Vegas, Nevada) ran a new personal best of 14.04 in the 100m.
- Rose Losey (Royal Oak, Mich.) secured new personal bests in the 800m with a finish time of 2:47.31 and in the 3000m with a time of 12:10.34.
- Amya Marquez (Berwyn, Ill.) competed with a new personal best of 2:49.92 in the 800m.
- Danielle Giovenco (Hoffman Estates, Ill.) raced in the 3000m with a new personal best of 12:11.68.
- Emma Nickerson (Lake City, Mich.) secured second place with a new record of 2.85m in the pole vault.
