Milwaukee, Wis. - The Concordia University Chicago men's volleyball team traveled to Milwaukee, Wis. to battle against the Warriors of Wisconsin Lutheran College. After some close sets, the Cougars beat the Warriors 3-1.

Set One
The Warriors gained the first point of the set with a kill. Caminar countered this with a kill of his own. The Warriors went on a 3-0 run before an error stopped them. The Warriors had a five-point advantage against the Cougars. A kill from
Alexander Ford (Skokie, Ill.) earned the ball back for the Cougars; Kills from Caminar and Gudzovski put the Cougars within three. Stella fired back with kills, trying to eat away at the Warriors' lead. Attacks from Gudzovski, Stella, and

The Warriors opened up the set with a kill. Gudzovski delivered a kill as well. The Cougars took the lead, having a five-point advantage against the Warriors, most notably with an ace from Armstrong and a kill from Ford. A strategic kill from
Elijah Mosher (Clayton, Ohio), along with an attack from Caminar pushed the Cougar lead to seven points. A kill from Stella got the Cougars to 20. An ace from Ford, along with kills from Gudzovski and Caminar helped the Cougars reach set point. An error from the Warriors sealed the set. The Cougars took the second set with a score of 25-13, going into the third set in the lead, 2-0.

A kill from Stella started off the third set, along with an ace from Caminar. The Warriors eventually caught up with the Cougars, delivering kills. The Warriors stole the lead from the Cougars, taking on a lead of four points. The Cougars capitalized off of the Warriors' mistakes, coming within two. The teams tied up 10-10. The Cougars remained on the Warriors' tails,

An attack from Stella had put the Cougars within two. The Cougars didn't give up the fight as Gudzovski and Stella continued to attack. The Warriors took the third set with a score of 29-27. Fourth Set
The Warriors took the first point of the set, followed up by a kill from Mosher. The Cougars easily took the lead after a kill from Stella and errors from the Warriors. The teams exchanged points, trying to beat one another. The Cougars continued to extend their lead, racking up three points with kills from Ford and Gudzovski. The teams went back-and-forth with kills, Caminar and Gudzovski going head-to-head with the Warriors. The Cougars kept their five-point lead against the Warriors. The Cougars reached match point first with an attack from Stella. A kill from Gudzovski finished out the match. The Cougars took the fourth and final set with a score of 25-20, beating their opponents, 3-1.
