AURORA, ILL.- The Concordia University Chicago (CUC) women's track and field competed at the Aurora Grand Prix at Gately Indoor Track and Field, hosted by Aurora University. The Cougars showcased their hard efforts along with performing many personal records.
NOTABLE PERFORMANCES

Izzy Fairless (Royal Oak, Mich.) placed 14th in the 800m, recording her season's best with a time of 2:31.56.

In the long jump, Kirsten Bockhorst (Union, Mo.) finished 13th with a season best performance, leaping 5.08m.
COUGAR PERSONAL RECORDS

Devynn Woywod (Berwyn, Ill.) recorded two personal bests, clocking 12.32 in the 60m hurdles and 32.38 in the 200m.

Ashley Vasquez (Riverside, Ill.) earned a personal record in the 200m with a time of 28.15.

Madison Hipshire (Riverview, Mich.) set a new personal best of 1:04.80 for the 400m.

Addi McKnee finished 29th while setting a new personal record in the 800m with a time of 2:42.79. Shortly after, Amya Marquez (Berwyn, Ill.) recorded her new record with a time of 2:58.52 in the same event.

Harmonie Cooper (Chicago, Ill.) finished 23rd in the high jump, respectively, clearing a height of 1.49m.
