RIVER FOREST, ILL. -- The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) has announced the 2025 women's tennis All-Conference honorees, and one Cougar wrote her name on the list.
Amelia Engelman (McKinney, Texas) earned the lone spot for the Cougars with her impressive junior season.
Engelman played in the number one spot in singles where she dominated for the Cougars. Overall this season, she boasted 5-7 record in singles and a 6-7 in single and a 3-9 record in doubles wih one single partner throughout the season. Engelman picked up the majority of her wins in clutch conference play, with wins against Marian University, Concordia University Wisconsin, St. Norbert College, and Wisconsin Lutheran College. At the conclusion of the regular season, Engelman ranked third in the NACC in number one singles wins.
The Cougar women's tennis team wrapped up their season with a final record of 1-13 overall and a conference record of 1-7, narrowly missing the NACC Tournament. For coverage in the offseason, head to cucougars.com/coverage.
