Madison, Wis. - The Concordia University Chicago (CUC) Cougars women's tennis team was on the road to play against the Eagles of Edgewood University. After some intense matches, the Eagles sweep the Cougars 7-0.
 
Here's What Happened
Singles

• Amelia Engelman (McKinney, Texas) battled her way through two sets, each time achieving one point before falling to both sets, 1-6 each.
• Arriyanna Amison (Dolton, Ill.) tried hard in her singles match, losing 1-6 in the first set. After another attempt, Amison falls once again with 1-6 for the second set.

Doubles

• Engelman and Amirah Shakir (Dekalb, Ill.) played side by side and demonstrated great perseverance for the points they got, but they fall short as the lose 3-6
• The duo of Amison and Courtney Schneider (Plainfield, Ill.) played with determination, but their attempts to gain points proved unsuccessful as they fell 1-6.
