ANN ARBOR, MICH. – The Concordia University Chicago Cheer Team took to the mats at the 72
nd Annual Concordia Invitational Tournament where they placed third with a score of 62.65, nearly 25 points higher than the Falcons of Concordia-Wisconsin.
"They were really just excited to get back out on the mat," Head Coach
Cheetah Farrar noted. "We were super happy to just put out a performance for the first time and we're just ready to build up and get better from there."
The Cougars placed third last season at CIT before going on to place third at the National Cheer Alliance (NCA) Daytona Beach Nationals, where they hit-zero and set the standard for their future. The Cougars will be back in action this spring as they look to battle their way back to Daytona Beach for the 2025 NCA Nationals.
