MADISON, Wis. – The Concordia Chicago women's soccer team (7-7-3, 3-4-3 NACC) travel back up to Wisconsin today to face the Eagles of Edgewood College (9-5-3, 3-5-2 NACC). The Cougars fought hard, but neither team could find the net, drawing 0-0 with the Eagles.

How It Happened
The Cougars were held back in their defensive half for the first 45 minutes, unable to get a shot off. Defensively, Concordia worked to minimize the quality of chances Edgewood had. This allowed Sheriff to only have to make one save in first half, coming in the 33
rd minute to keep the Eagles goalless.
In the second half, Sheriff was busier, making four saves, three of which came within the first 11 minutes. The Cougars were able to find their own opportunities forward, with Saldivar and Hirayama each having shots saved by the Eagles' goalkeeper. Neither team could break the stalemate, and the game ended 0-0 after 90 minutes.
