DE PERE, WIS. — Day two of the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Championships came for the Cougars and they were ready to work. The men's track and field team finished seventh out of ten teams in this conference championship.

The highest honor of the day came to Martin Egbo (Williamsburg, Va.) as he received NACC Runner-up in the hammer throw. Finishing in second place, he threw a mark of 48.67 meters

The 4x100 relay team, consisting of John Cano (North Riverside, Ill.), Vincent Scarnato (Pottstown, Pa.), Matthew Cardwell (Cincinnati, Ohio ), and Austin Knight (Forest Park, Ill.), picked up a fifth place finish. With a time of 44.45 seconds, this Cougar relay team has earned the dictation of NACC All-Conference

Also in the relay sector, the 4x400 relay team of Cardwell, Scarnato, Knight, and Mauricio Xochitecatl (Carol Stream, IL), finished sixth overall. This gave them an All-Conference honor with their time of 3:29.32
