River Forest, Ill. – The Concordia University Chicago (CUC) men's volleyball team (10-7, 3-1 NACC) kicked off the bulk of their Northern Athletic Collegiate Conference (NACC) schedule by extending their winning streak to four games as they swept St. Norbert College (6-10, 3-2 NACC).

- Freshmen Elijah Mosher (Clayton, Ohio) finished with 34 assists.
- Tyler Holubek (New Lenox, Ill.) led the Cougars with 16 kills.
- The Cougars had a .289 attack percentage, their second highest of the season. They also held the Green Knights to just a .067 attack percentage.
Luke Vozenilek (Westmont, Ill.) got the Cougars out to an early lead in the first set as he put down back-to-back kills for the first two points of the match.
A few points later, Vozenilek added an ace and another kill to give the Cougars a 5-1 lead. As the set went on, the Cougars took advantage of the Green Knights' errors and extended the lead to 10-5. St. Norbert was able to pull the set back to within two, but were never able to close the gap completely. The Cougars closed the set out at 25-18, hitting .536 percent in the set.
Set two started much closer as both teams traded points, and St. Norbert took their first lead of the day at 6-5. The Cougars were able to keep it close, before taking the lead back at 11-10 and then extending it on this block from
Colby Campbell (Brookfield, Ill.).
The Green Knights fought to tie it again at 13-13, but the Cougars responded with a four-point run to take all the momentum.
As the Cougars were pulling away, the Green Knights fought to keep the set going, but this kill from Vozenilek slammed the door on any comeback, and CUC went on to take set two 25-17.
Looking to finish the match in three sets, CUC got ahead 6-2 behind back-to-back kills from Vozenilek.
As the Green Knights started to pull back into the set, Holubek put this kill down to get the Cougars back on track.
After that, CUC went on a four point run to make it 15-10. The rest of the set was much of the same as St. Norbert would take a few points to keep it close, but never able to tie it. The Cougars took the set 25-20 and the match 3-0.
