RIVER FOREST, ILL.--- The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) announced the 2022 postseason awards for this year's women's volleyball season. Grace Heywood (Northbrook, Ill.) earned First-Team honors, along with Isabelle Vernengo (Plainfield, Ind.) and Julia Beers (Mishawaka, Ind.) who both earned Honorable Mention.

Senior Heywood appeared in 24 games for the Cougars and led in almost every game offensively. A high point in her season came when she tied the school record for most kills in a single match with 34 against Marian on October 7th. She finishes off this season leading the team in kills with 324 and points with 356. Her 227 digs were second most on the team.

Junior Vernengo and Graduate Student Beers both received the honors of Honorable Mention for the All-Conference teams. Vernengo, as the team's main setter, led the team in assists with 690, she also contributed 204 digs and 40 kills. Beers continue to dominate defensively as she led the team in both digs with 352 and services aces with 32.
