Cougars Take on Aurora Grand Prix

Aurora, Ill. -- The Concordia University Chicago men's track and field team headed over to Aurora University for the Aurora Grand Prix tournament on Saturday, January 29th.

 Junior Jaylen Glass (Merrillville, Ind.) found success on the day, finishing ninth in pole vault, with a height of 3.80 meters. Graduate Student Maximilian Woywod (Berwyn, Ill.) also performed well, finishing 12th in the 400 meter with a time of 53.70 seconds.

With two Cougars competing in the mile, Mauricio Xochitecatl (Carol Stream, Ill.) finished 20th with a time of 4:42.08 while Ernest Bogart (Pflugerville, Texas) finished with a time of 4:52.28.

The Cougars will be back in action on Saturday at the Windy City Rumble hosted by the University of Chicago.
