River Forest, Ill.- Concordia University Chicago (3-4) faced off against Concordia University Chicago (7-1) following their tough loss to Aurora University earlier in the week. Defense was the key for both teams in the first half of play. In the second half the score would not remain tied for long. CUW would pull away with three goals and win the match 3-0.

Moving into the second half, Concordia-Chicago looked to play for an upset. Up until 30 minutes in the half, the score would remain tied. The Falcons had other ideas. CUW would outshoot the Cougars in two consecutive halves. As a result, they would score three straight goals enroute to a 3-0 victory.
Concordia-Chicago will look ahead to Benedictine University on Wednesday, October 2nd. Game time is set for 4:00 p.m.
