Oct. 10, 2014 - For the second time in 11 days, the Concordia-Chicago volleyball team brought back a Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference victory from the road. The Cougars departed the Rereational Center at Wisconsin Lutheran College this evening with a hard-earned 25-22, 16-25, 25-21, 22-25, 15-11 win. The result improved the Cougars' record to 5-16 overall, 2-3 in conference play.
Kaylyn Anderson (East Chicago, IN/Whiting) turned in her third 20-plus kill effort of the season by knocking down 25 in a season-high 66 attempts.
Olivia Friedrichs (San Diego, CA/Clairemont)Â stepped up with a career-best 10-kill effort.

Anna Kellar (Collinsville, IL/Metro-East Lutheran) made her presence felt at the net with six block assists. Libero
Allison Back (LaPorte, IN/Marquette Catholic) added solid defense with a season-high 27 digs.
The Cougars will look to make it two in a row when they host Edgewood College on Saturday night at 6:00.
