The Raiders received excellent offensive production from two of their hitters. Sarabeth Haworth led both teams with 25 kills and a .358 attack while Rachel Lynde added 14 kills and a .310 attack. The two helped MSOE get the upper hand in the match with the home team hitting .432 in the second set after they had narrowly held off the Cougars in the opening set.
The Cougars fought hard to get back into the match, and they capitalized on some opportunities to win the third set. Trailing 23-21,
