Chip Wylie (Menomonee Falls, Wis.) of the men’s track team is honored for the week of March 21-27.

Wylie’s 139’ 4” hammer throw at the March 26 North Park Viking Relays enabled him to break his own school record of 129’ 11” from last year’s conference outdoor championships. His effort of 104” 0 ½” in the discus also helped the Cougar men to break their team record from last year in the throws relay event.

Wylie, the son of Cathy Sandow, is a 2007 graduate of Milwaukee Lutheran High School. He is a senior psychology major.
