Taylor Jacobsen (Aurora, IL) of the women’s basketball team is honored for Jan. 23-29. She was named to the women's all-tournament team at the Concordia Invitational Tournament in Seward, NE this past weekend.
Jacobsen averaged 15 points in the Cougars’ two CIT games versus the Concordias of Ann Arbor and Wisconsin. The junior guard also burned the Rockford Regents for 22 points on 8-11 shooting in helping CUC to an important conference win on Jan. 24. For the season, Jacobsen leads the team with 335 points, a 17.6 average, and ranks fourth among NACC scorers.
???????Jacobsen, the daughter of Terry and Jennifer Jacobsen, is a 2014 graduate of West Aurora High School in Aurora, IL. She is a junior exercise science major.
