Mitch Pelissier (Puyallup, WA) of the men’s basketball team is honored for the week of Nov. 14-20.
Pelissier began his sophomore season with two polished performances as the Cougars went 1-1 at Illinois College’s Bill Merris Classic on Nov. 18-19. On Opening Night, the forward scored a new career-high 28 points, highlighted by a sizzling 4-5 from three-point range, and added eight rebounds and four assists against Illinois College. The following day, Pelissier scored 26 points to go with seven rebounds, five assists and a steal as CUC defeated MacMurray College.
???????Pelissier, the son of Steve and Jennifer Pelissier, is a 2015 graduate of Mount Rainier Lutheran High School in Tacoma, WA. He is a sophomore sports management major.
