Mike Formella (Homer Glen, IL) of the baseball team is honored for the week of April 4-10.

Formella earned the win in the Cougars’ game two 11-2 win over Marian University on April 6 to give CUC its third straight win. He pitched six innings, allowing just two unearned runs on two hits and two walks. Formella struck out four in improving to 4-1 on the season.

Formella, the son of Randy and Kathy Formella, is a 2014 graduate of Lockport Township High School in Lockport, IL. He is a sophomore business management major.
