Miranda Rogers (Cypress, TX) of the women’s basketball team is honored for the week of Jan. 18-24.

Rogers enjoyed her best shooting week of the season, connecting on 10 of 17 shots from three-point range in CUC’s games at Alverno College and Lakeland College. She hit for her season-high of 18 points in the Lakeland game and also turned in a strong defensive effort.

Rogers, the daughter of Rusty and Anita Rogers, is a 2013 graduate of Houston Christian High School in Houston, TX. She is a junior graphic design major.
