Khirey Floyd (Oak Park, IL) of the men’s basketball team is honored for the week of Jan. 21-27. 

Floyd was named to the men's all-tournament teams at this weekend’s Concordia Invitational Tournament. He scored 44 points and pulled down 13 rebounds in the Cougar men’s two CIT games. Floyd put up a career-high 26 points in shooting 10-14 overall and 6-7 on three-pointers in the Jan. 25 game against Concordia University Nebraska. Through 20 games, the 6’4” forward is averaging 11.4 points and 4.7 rebounds.
           
Floyd, the son of Cheryl Anderson, is a 2008 graduate of Oak Park-River Forest High School on Oak Park, Ill. He is a senior political science major.
