Krystyna Rickett (Sandusky, MI) of the women’s basketball team is honored for the week of Jan. 21-27.
Rickett was named to the women's all-tournament team at this weekend’s Concordia Invitational Tournament. She averaged 13 points and four assists in the Cougar women’s three games last week. Rickett scored 17 points in Concordia’s big 69-54 win at Aurora University Jan. 22. In the Jan. 26 game against Concordia Ann Arbor, she led the Cougars with 16 points and six assists. Through 20 games, the 5’6” senior is averaging 10.8 points and has handed out a team-leading 68 assists.
Rickett, the daughter of Barbara Bradley, is a 2007 graduate of Sandusky High School in Sandusky, Mich. She is a senior secondary education major.
