Jeff Von Moser (Chicago, IL) of the baseball team is honored for the week of April 20-26.
Von Moser went 5-6 with four runs scored and seven RBIs in the Cougars’ doubleheader sweep over the Milwaukee School of Engineering on April 26. The shortstop hit his first two homers of 2015, the first going for a grand slam in the 20-3 game-one victory. Von Moser, who was moved into the starting lineup at the beginning of April, is currently hitting .340 through 15 games.
Von Moser, the son of Greg and Carrie Von Moser, is a 2011 graduate of Notre Dame High School in Niles, IL. He is a senior psychology major.
