Bianca Gordon (Milwaukee, WI) of the volleyball team is honored for the week of Oct. 21-27.
Gordon’s dominating performance against Alverno College on Oct. 26 led the way to the Cougars’ first win since Sept. 24, a five-set victory (25-12, 12-25, 25-22, 21-25, 18-16) in Gordon’s hometown on Milwaukee. The three-year starter at middle blocker powered 14 kills in 23 tries with just two errors for a .522 attack percentage. Gordon also contributed five blocks (two solo) and accounted for 17.5 of the team’s points.
Gordon, the daughter of Kurt and Charita Gordon, is a 2010 graduate of Milwaukee Lutheran High School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is a senior marketing major.
