Elizabeth Steinhoff (Grayslake, IL) of the women’s tennis team is honored for the week of Sept. 16-22.

Steinhoff recorded two wins at fourth singles in the Cougars’ weekend matches – a 6-2, 6-2 win over Monica Parsons of Rockford University and a 6-2, 7-5 win over Maggie Liston of Lakeland College. She also teamed with Emma Renteria for an 8-2 win over Rockford’s second doubles team of Parsons and Angela Martinez.

Steinhoff, the daughter of Rudy and Lauri Steinhoff, is a 2012 graduate of Grayslake North High School in Grayslake, Illinois. She is a sophomore marketing major.
