Bella Archuletta joined the Cougar softball coaching staff as a graduate assistant coach in 2024.
Archuletta joins the coaching staff after a successful four-year career with the Cougars where she appeared in 139 games, earning a start in 125 of them. She maintained a career batting average near .380, finishing top five on the team each year in key offensive categories including hits, doubles, home runs, total bases, and slugging percentage. Her breakout freshman year in 2021 earned her NACC South Freshman of the Year and NACC South First-Team All-Conference accolades.Â
Off the field, Archuletta demonstrated strong leadership and academic dedication. She served as a student aide in the CUC Athletic Department, supporting day-to-day game operations and earning NACC Scholar-Athlete and Dean's List accolades throughout her career.
Archuletta graduated in 2024 with a BA in Marketing and anticipates earning her MA in Organizational Leadership in 2026.
