2025: Indoor - Set a PR in the pole vault with a mark of 2.60m (8-6.25) at the ONU Holiday Open (Dec. 7)… Broke the school record and finished fifth in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:22.52 at the Aurora Grand Prix (Jan. 25)… Finished fifth with a personal best 3343 points and PRs in the 55m (6.87) and 55m hurdles (9.32) at the Tadd Metzger Invitational (Feb. 7-8)… NACC Champion in the 4x400m relay at the NACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 28 – Mar. 1)… Received NACC All-Conference honors for finishing seventh in the heptathlon with 3319 points at the NACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 28 – Mar. 1)… Set personal bests in four of the seven events – set a mark of 8.50m (27-10.75) in the shot put, a mark of 1.52m (4-11.75) in the high jump, a time of 10.01 in the 60m hurdles, and a time of 3:20.13 in the 1000m.
Outdoor - Set a PR in the 100m with a time of 11.37 at the NCC First Chance – Distance Fling (Mar. 28)… Set a PR in the 400m with a time of 50.60 to place second at the Cougar Invitational (Apr. 11-12)… Won the 4x400m relay at the Cougar Invitational (Apr. 11-12)… Finished second and broke the school record in the 4x100m relay with a time of 41.97 at the Cougar Invitational (Apr. 11-12)… NACC Champion in the 4x100m relay and 4x400m relay at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 2-3)… Received NACC All-Conference honors by placing fourth in the 400m with a time of 50.64 at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 2-3).

2024: Indoor - Placed second in the 4x400 at the 2024 Windy City Rumble (Feb. 10) ... PR in LJ recording 6.25m and placed second in the 4x400 at the 2024 NACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 23-24).
Outdoor - Placed first in 4x100 at the 2024 Warrior Invitational (Mar. 28) ... Placed first in the 4x400 and third in the 4x100 at the NACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 3-4).

2023: Indoor - Had a PR in the 55m with a 6.90 at the Firebird First Invitational (Jan. 14) ... Won first in the 60m and had a PR in the 60m preliminaries with a 7.40 at the Snow Day Invitational (Jan. 20) ... Placed second in the 4x400 at the Dick Hendricks Invite (Feb. 11) ... NACC All-Conference in 4x400 with a fifth place finish and DMR with a sixth place finish (Feb. 24-25).
Outdoor - Placed third in the 4x400 and fourth in the 4x400 at the Green & White Invite (Apr. 15) ... Had a PR in the 400m with a 54.28 at the ONU Tiger Open (Apr. 22) ... Placed third in the 4x400 at the Elmhurst Twilight Invite at Wheaton (Apr. 28) ... NACC All-Conference in the 4x100 with a fifth place finish and the 4x400 with a sixth place finish, also had a PR in the 200m with a 23.06 (May 5-6).
