2026: Finished 10^th in the 3000m at the Phoenix Invitational (Jan. 10)… Set a PR in the Mile of 5:07.24 at the Heenan Invitational (Jan. 17)… Set a PR in the 3000m with a time of 9:38.20 at the Aurora Grand Prix (Jan. 24)… Finished 10^th and set a PR in the 1000m with a time of 2:52.08 at the ONU Invite (Jan. 30)… Placed eighth in the 3000m at the Tadd Metzger Invitational (Feb 6-7).
Outdoor – Finished eighth in the 3000m Steeplechase at the Lee University Invitational (Mar. 20-21)… Set a PR in the 1500m with a time of 4:30.16 at the Big Blue Opener (Mar. 28)… Placed sixth and set a PR in the 5000m with a time of 16:31.18 at the Warriors Quad (Apr. 18)… Took second in the 3000m Steeplechase at the Cougar Invitational (Apr. 24-25)… Received NACC All-Conference honors in the 3000m Steeplechase for finishing seventh with a PR time of 10:34.54 at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 1-2)… Spring 2026 Dean’s List.

2025: Indoor - Set a PR in the 3000m with a time of 9:54.13 at the NACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 28 – Mar. 1).
Outdoor - Set PRs in the 800m (2:17.09) and the 1500m (4:36.93) at the NCC First Chance-Distance Fling (Mar. 28)… Ran a PR of 17:37.62 in the 5000m at the Cougar Invitational (Apr. 11-12)… Registered a PR in the 3000m Steeplechase with a time of 11:18.57 at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 2-3).
