2026: Indoor – Set a PR in the 60m with a time of 7.45 at the ONU Holiday Open (Dec. 6)… Finished sixth in the 400m at the Phoenix Invitational (Jan. 10)… Set a personal best in the 600m with a time of 1:28.71 at the ONU Invite (Jan. 30)… Placed sixth in the 600m at the Tadd Metzger Invitational (Feb. 6-7)… Finished third and set the school record in the Distance Medley Relay with a time of 10:52.86 and took second in the 4x400m Relay at the Chicagoland Championships (Feb. 14)… Became NACC Conference Champion and broke the school record in the 4x400m Relay with a time of 3:21.97 at the NACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27 – Mar. 1)… Received NACC All-Conference honors by finishing sixth in the Distance Medley Relay at the NACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27 – Mar. 1).
Outdoor – Finished seventh in the 400m hurdles with a time of 57.08 and set a personal best in the 200m with a time of 23.18 at the Lee University Invitational Mar. 20-21)… Finished sixth in the 4x400m Relay at the Chicagoland Championships (Apr. 9-11)… Took second in the 400m at the Warriors Quad (Apr. 18)… Received NACC All-Conference honors in the 400m hurdles by finishing third with a time of 57.71 at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 1-2)… Spring 2026 Dean’s List.

2025: Indoor - Ran a PR of 7.46 in the 60m at the ONU Holiday Open (Dec. 7)… Finished fifth in the 4x400m relay and broke the school record with  a time of 3:22.52 at the Aurora Grand Prix (Jan. 25)… NACC Champion in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:27.85 at the NACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 28 – Mar. 1)… Received NACC All-Conference honors by finishing fifth in the DMR at the NACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 28 – Mar. 1).
Outdoor - Took third in the 400m hurdles at the NCC First Chance – Distance Fling (Mar. 28)… Won the 4x400m relay and the 400m hurdle at the Cougar Invitational (Apr. 11-12)… Won the 400m hurdles at the Green & White Invite (Apr. 17)… NACC Champion in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:22.87 at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 2-3)… Received NACC All-Conference honors by placing third in the 400m with a school-record time of 55.96 at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 2-3).

High School: State qualifier in 300 meter hurdles and 4x2 ... Three time varsity athlete ... All conference 300 meter hurdle honorable mention ... Second team all conferenc 4x4.
