Anton Dershem joined the CUC men's soccer staff as a graduate assistant in the fall of 2025.
Dershem came to Concordia to play with his last year of eligibility, but quickly found his passion for coaching. Before beginning the season, Dershem stepped in as the graduate assistant where he led the team in many ways. During his first year as a GA, he found himself leading on and off the field as he primarily ran practices, reviewed game film, and assisted in creating lineups.Â
Before arriving at Concordia, Dershem had a successful collegiate career, first at Calvin University for two seasons and then at Whitworth for one. At both schools he was a brickwall of a goalkeeper, only allowing one goal in all three seasons.Â
