A.J. Moyes joined the Concordia University Chicago men's soccer coaching staff in January of 2022.
Moyes comes to Concordia after an accomplished collegiate playing career at Wheaton College (Ill.). Moyes appeared in every match during his playing career for the Thunder, and was a two time All-CCIW conference selection.
During his senior season, Moyes was a first team All-CCIW honoree. He also netted three goals and five assists as a defender for Wheaton. Additionally, Moyes was the CCIW Defender of the year runner up, while helping the Thunder to seven shutouts on the season. He also served as captain of the Thunder.
Moyes is a Davidson, NC native that played for Carolina Rapids Academy during high school. During his high school years at Pine Lake Prep, Moyes was awarded the Golden Boot award while also being a National Honors Society member.
He graduated from Wheaton College in the fall of 2021 with a degree in Interpersonal Communications and will be pursuing his masters in Sports Management from Concordia University Chicago.
