Joe Duszynski

Joe Duszynski returns to his alma mater as a graduate assistant coach for football. Duszynski will coach the Cougars' defensive line.
 
Duszynski played four years for the Cougars as a nose tackle and defensive end. He was a member of the 2012 team that recorded a perfect 10-0 record in the regular season and made CUC's first Division III playoff appearance.

A native of DesPlaines, IL, Duszynski's coaching career began at Maine West High School where he coached offensive and defensive lines, linebackers, tight ends and special teams and helped the team win its first conference title in 29 years. Duszynski has also interned as a director of football operations and a strength and conditioning coach at Yale University.

Duszynski earned his bachelor's degree in physical education with a minor in exercise science from Concordia in 2016.
